How to add products and customisations to a Concierge order
The Order tab is where you build out the contents of a Concierge Order — what the customer is receiving, how it will be delivered, and how it's priced.
Opening the order
Go to Concierge → Orders and click on the order you want to edit. You'll land on the Order tab by default.
Adding products
- In the Order Items card, click Add item.
- A dialog will open — select a product from your storefront, then choose the variant if applicable.
- Set the quantity and fill in any customisation fields for that product.
- Click Add to save the item to the order.
Repeat this for each product you want to include.
Editing an existing item
Click the edit icon on any item row to update the quantity, customisation details, or price. You can also upload images directly against a specific item if image-based customisation is required.
Removing a product
Click the trash icon on the item row. You'll be asked to confirm before it's removed.
Delivery settings
The Delivery card controls how and when the order is sent. Select a delivery method:

| Send via email | Digital delivery sent to each recipient's email |
| Create a link | Generates a shareable redemption link |
| Multiple addresses | Physical delivery to multiple recipients |
| Send to one location | Physical delivery to a single address |
| Gift of choice | Customer selects their own gift |
Depending on the method, additional fields will appear — such as link quantity or number of packages.
You can also set a scheduled send date or leave it as send immediately.
Pricing overrides
The Pricing card lets you manually adjust the order totals:
- Shipping amount — override the calculated shipping cost
- Additional fees — add custom line items with a label and amount (e.g. gift wrapping, rush fee)
- Discount — apply a flat discount to the order
- Tax — toggle between tax inclusive and exclusive, and optionally override the tax rate
Totals are recalculated automatically when you save.

Saving changes
Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply all changes to the order. Unsaved changes will not be reflected to the customer.
