How to convert a Concierge order into a standard order

Once a customer has paid, you can convert the Concierge Order into a standard order in your fulfilment workflow. This is the final step in the Concierge process.

When to convert​

Convert the order once it has reached Paid status — meaning the customer has reviewed and paid on their approval page. Converting before payment is received is not recommended, as the Concierge Order is still being managed.

Steps​

  1. Go to Concierge → Orders and open the paid order.
  2. Navigate to the Details tab.
  3. In the Approval card, you'll see the payment confirmation along with a Convert to order button.
  4. Click Convert to order.

The Concierge Order status will update to Converted, and a link to the new standard order will appear in the Approval card.

After conversion​

  • The Concierge Order becomes read-only — no further edits can be made to it.
  • A new standard order is created in your orders list with all the details carried across.
  • You can click the link in the Approval card to go directly to the converted order.
