How to upload mockups and share designs with your customer

The Mockups tab lets you upload design files or product previews to a Concierge Order. These mockups are shown to the customer on their approval page so they can review the designs before paying.

Opening the Mockups tab​

Go to Concierge → Orders, open the order, then click the Mockups tab.

Uploading a mockup​

  1. Click Choose file (or drag a file into the upload area).
  2. Optionally, select which order item the mockup relates to from the dropdown. This links the mockup to a specific product in the order.
  3. Click Upload.

Supported file types:

  • Images: PNG, JPG, GIF, WEBP, SVG, BMP
  • Documents: PDF

Viewing uploaded mockups​

All uploaded files appear in the gallery below the upload area:

  • Images show as inline previews — click to view full size.
  • Documents show as a file icon with the filename — click to download or open.
  • If a mockup is linked to a specific order item, a badge will appear showing which product it belongs to.

Removing a mockup​

Click the delete icon on any mockup. A confirmation prompt will appear before it's removed.

How customers see mockups​

When you issue an approval page, the customer will see all uploaded mockups displayed on their approval page alongside the order summary. This gives them a clear picture of what they're approving before they pay.
