Understanding Your Trove URLs
There are three URLs you'll encounter as a Trove brand. Each serves a different purpose:
mytrove.store
This is the main platform URL. Use it to:
- Register for a new account (mytrove.store/register)
- Log in to your account (mytrove.store/login)
When you log in via mytrove.store/login, you will automatically be redirected to your own private admin portal.
[vendor].mytrove.store
This is your admin portal - your private back-office where you manage everything about your store. The subdomain is unique to your account and is set when your vendor account is created.
You can log in directly at [vendor].mytrove.store/login as an alternative to logging in via the main mytrove.store/login URL - both will get you to the same place.
Use your admin portal to:
- Manage your products, orders, and customers
- Configure your storefront, shipping, and payments
- View reports, discounts, and settings
You will be given your specific admin URL during onboarding.
[storefront].mytrove.site
This is your customer-facing storefront - the URL your customers visit to browse and purchase your products. Each storefront you create gets its own unique subdomain.
You can configure your storefront name and URL during the setup wizard. If you have multiple storefronts, each will have its own unique subdomain.
You can also set up a custom URL - see How to setup your custom URL.
In summary: mytrove.store is for getting started, [vendor].mytrove.store is where you run your store, and [storefront].mytrove.site is what your customers see.
