How to manually trigger a Shopify product sync

Sometimes your Shopify webhooks can get backed up or they stop running altogether. See Checking your Shopify webhook status to check your webhook status.

So you may need to manually trigger a product sync. To do this, login to your Trove admin and head to "Settings/Tools > Integrations".

From here you will already be connected (if not, then please follow How to integrate your Shopify account with Trove).

On this page there is a button labeled "Sync Products". Once you click on this it will start the product sync.
