Updating your Shopify sync settings

The Shopify sync settings allow you to control how your store's data is handled when syncing with Shopify. You can access these settings from the Settings tab on your Shopify integration page.

How to Access​

  1. Go to "Settings/Tools > Integrations" in the admin portal
  2. Select your Shopify integration and click "Details"
  3. Click the "Settings" tab

Available Settings​

Gift Notes​

Setting: Add gift note to 'notes' section?

When enabled, any gift note added by a customer at checkout will be saved to the Notes field on the order. This makes the gift note visible directly on the order detail page alongside other order notes.

  • Enabled — Gift notes are copied into the order's notes field on sync.
  • Disabled (default) — Gift notes are not added to the notes field.

To change this setting, toggle the switch and save.
