Run Your First Product Sync

Your first product sync isn't automatic — it needs two manual steps in the secure connection window's Quick Actions menu.

1. Open the connection card's action (Finish connecting, or Manage once the connection is established) to reopen the secure window.
2. In the Quick Actions menu, click Sync products now and wait for it to finish. This pass discovers your WooCommerce catalog.
3. Once Sync products now has completed, click Run a Full Sync Job in the same menu — this completes your first product sync.
4. Your connection status moves through Syncing → Connected as this finishes, and your WooCommerce products start flowing into your storefront catalog.

Wait for Sync products now to fully finish before starting Run a Full Sync Job — starting it early or running both at once can leave you with an incomplete catalog. This can take a few minutes depending on catalog size.

Running a sync again later: click Manage on a connected card to reopen the Quick Actions menu, then choose Sync products now to pull the latest changes from WooCommerce on demand.
