Setting Up an Automatic Product Sync Schedule

If your store is connected to Trove through WooCommerce, you can set up a schedule so that product updates you make in WooCommerce (price changes, stock levels, new products, edits, etc.) sync into Trove automatically, without you needing to trigger a sync manually every time.

Before you start​

Your WooCommerce store must already be connected to Trove. If you haven't connected your store yet, do that first — see How To Connect Your WooCommerce Account to Trove. The schedule option only appears for a store that's already linked.

Setting up the schedule​

  1. Log in to your Trove admin portal and go to Integrations.
  2. Find your WooCommerce connection and click Manage.
  3. In the connection window that opens, look for Edit schedule (this may appear under a "Quick Actions" or similar section).
  4. Choose how often you'd like product updates to sync (for example, hourly or daily) and save.

Once saved, Trove will pull in your product updates automatically on that schedule — you shouldn't need to run a manual sync going forward.
