What Is an Abandoned Cart?
An abandoned cart is created when a customer begins the checkout process but does not complete their order. The cart captures the products they had selected, their contact details (if entered), and any gifting or delivery information they had provided up to that point.
How to View Abandoned Carts
1. In the left-hand navigation, click Orders, then select Abandoned Carts.
How to View an Abandoned Cart's Details
1. From the Abandoned Carts list, click on a Customer Name or use the actions menu and select View.
How to Delete an Abandoned Cart
1. From the Abandoned Carts list, click the actions menu (⋮) on the row you want to remove.
How to Bulk Delete Abandoned Carts
1. From the Abandoned Carts list, check the checkbox next to each cart you want to delete. Use the checkbox in the table header to select all visible carts at once.
