How to View Abandoned Carts

1. In the left-hand navigation, click Orders, then select Abandoned Carts.
2. You will see a table listing all incomplete carts with the following columns:
   • Customer Name - the name entered during checkout (if provided)
   • Customer Email - the email entered during checkout
   • Cart Date - when the cart was created
   • Total Amount - the value of items in the cart
   • Currency - the currency of the cart
   • Delivery Method - the delivery method selected (if any)

To filter by date range:

1. Click the Start Date field and select a date.
2. Click the End Date field and select a date.
3. The list will update to show only carts created within that range.
