How to View an Abandoned Cart's Details

1. From the Abandoned Carts list, click on a Customer Name or use the actions menu and select View.
2. The details page shows a read-only summary of the cart, including:
   • Products added, with quantities, prices, variants, and customisations
   • Customer contact information
   • Delivery method and recipient details (if entered)
   • Gift note and gifting details (if entered)
   • Branding information (colours, logo)
   • Subtotal, taxes, shipping, discounts, and total

Note: Abandoned carts are read-only and cannot be edited or progressed to an order from the admin portal.
