How to Delete an Incomplete Order

Incomplete orders (those with a status of Created) can be deleted directly from the order details page.

1. Open the order by clicking its Order Number.
2. In the toolbar at the top of the page, click Delete Incomplete Order.
3. A confirmation dialog will appear - click Confirm to proceed.
4. The order will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

Note: This option is only available for orders with a status of Created. Orders in other statuses cannot be deleted this way.
