How to Resend Order Emails
You can resend various notification emails from the order details page.
- Open the order by clicking its Order Number.
- In the toolbar at the top of the page, click the Resend dropdown.
- Select the email type you want to resend:
- Order Confirmation - resends the confirmation email to the customer
- Order Notification - available for orders using Direct Delivery or Send to One Location
- Invoice Email - available for orders using the Pay via Invoice payment method
- Order Summary - available for orders using Send via Email or Create a Link delivery
- Unredeemed Links - resends gift links to recipients who haven't yet redeemed theirs (Send via Email delivery only)
- The email will be sent immediately.
