How to Update an Order

1. From the Orders list, click on the Order Number to open the order details.
2. Click the Edit button (or navigate to the edit view).
3. Update any of the following fields:
   • Order Status
   • Primary Colour
   • Gift Note
   • From Name
   • Logo - upload a new image (max 10MB)
   • Digital Card - upload a custom digital card file (max 10MB)
   • Video URL
   • Recipient details - name, email, phone, address, shipping status, tracking number, and tracking URL
4. Click Update to save your changes.
