How to View an Order's Details
- From the Orders list, click on an Order Number to open the order.
- The order details page is split into several sections:
- Items - the products included in the order, along with any customisations, variants, pricing, discounts, and the order total
- Recipients - the people receiving the order, including their contact and delivery details
- Gifting Details - the delivery method, gift note, and sender name
- Branding Details - the primary colour, logo, and digital card customisation applied to the order
- Payment Information - the payment method and current payment status
