What Are the Different Order Statuses?

• Created - The order has been started but payment has not yet been received.
• Paid - Payment has been successfully received for the order.
• Failed - The payment attempt was unsuccessful.
• Cancelled - The order has been cancelled.
• Deleted - The order has been marked as deleted.

The Shipping Status on individual recipients within an order is separate and tracks the physical delivery progress:

• Not Shipped - The item has not yet been dispatched.
• Shipped - The item has been dispatched.
• In Transit - The item is on its way to the recipient.
• Delivered - The item has been delivered.
