What Are Unredeemed Links?

When an order uses the Send via Email delivery method, each recipient receives a unique gift link allowing them to claim their gift.

Unredeemed Links refers to gift links that have been sent to recipients but have not yet been used to claim a gift.

From the order details page you can:

• View which recipients have and haven't redeemed their link
• Resend the gift link email to recipients who haven't yet redeemed - see How to Resend Order Emails
