What Does "Allow Redemption" Mean on an Order?

Allow Redemption controls whether recipients can claim their gift through the gifting portal.

• When enabled, recipients will be able to access and redeem their gift link.
• When disabled, recipients will not be able to redeem their gift, even if they have received the link.

This toggle is useful if you need to temporarily pause redemptions for an order — for example, while resolving a stock or fulfilment issue.
