What is the "Gift of Choice" option?

What it is: Not a delivery method on its own - it's an add-on that can only be enabled alongside Send via Email or Create a Link (the platform requires at least one of those two to also be selected), and only applies when the order contains a single product.

Setup required: Nothing extra to configure per order - it's a single toggle. When turned on, the recipient sees the sender's chosen gift at redemption but can pick a different item of similar value instead.

Purpose: Adds flexibility for the recipient, reducing the risk of a mismatched gift when the sender isn't sure of the recipient's exact preferences.

How alternatives are chosen:

• Eligible products are priced anywhere from 10% below the original item's price up to its exact price - nothing cheaper than that, and nothing more expensive.
• Every eligible product is shown - there's no cap on how many alternatives can appear.
• There's no minimum either: if only one product qualifies, or none do, the recipient just sees the original selected product with no alternatives offered.
