How to View an Email's Details
- In the left-hand navigation, go to Settings > Emails.
- Click the View icon on the row you want to inspect, or click the email's Subject link.
The detail view shows:
- A live preview of the email content.
- Full details including subject, status, sender, recipient, storefront, template used, and timestamps for when the email was scheduled, sent, opened, and clicked.
