What Are Jobs?
Jobs are background tasks that the platform runs automatically to handle long-running operations - such as syncing products with Shopify. Each job is queued and processed in the background so it does not interrupt your normal workflow.
What Information Is Shown in the Jobs Log?

What Do the Job Statuses Mean?
- Pending - The job has been created and is waiting to be picked up for processing.
How to Filter Jobs by Status
1. In the left-hand navigation, go to Settings > Jobs.
How to View a Job's Details
1. In the left-hand navigation, go to Settings > Jobs.
How to Retry a Failed Job
If a job has a status of Failed or Cancelled, you can retry it directly from the admin portal.
