How to Set Up Free Shipping

Free shipping is configured by setting a shipping price of $0.00 on a pricing rule for a given cart value range.

1. Open or create a shipping rule.
2. Add or edit a pricing rule for the cart value range you want to offer free shipping on.
3. Set the Shipping Price to 0.
4. Set the Product Price From and Product Price To to define the qualifying range (e.g. $50 and above - use the ∞ toggle for no upper limit).
5. Save the rule.

Any order that falls within that price range and matches the rule's zones will have no shipping cost applied.
