How to Target Specific States and/or Postcodes Within a Zone

By default, a zone applies to an entire location (e.g. all of Australia). You can narrow this further using the State Code and Postcodes fields.

To target a specific state:

1. When adding or editing a zone, enter a state code in the State Code field (e.g. NSW, VIC, QLD).
2. Leave blank to apply the zone to all states within the location.

To target specific postcodes:

1. Click into the Postcodes field.
2. Type a postcode and press Enter to add it — it will appear as a tag.
3. Repeat for each additional postcode you want to include.
4. To remove a postcode, click the × on its tag.

Postcode rules:

• Only letters, numbers, spaces, hyphens (-), and asterisks (*) are allowed.
• Each postcode must be between 1 and 10 characters.
• Duplicate postcodes within the same zone are not allowed.
• Leave the postcodes field blank to apply the zone to all postcodes within the location/state.
