How to setup your custom URL

In Trove you can set up a custom domain or subdomain to point to your storefront.

To set this up, send an email to support@gotrove.ai with the subject line "Domain authorisation for [your domain]" where [your domain] is the domain or subdomain you want to use for your storefront (eg gifting.gotrove.ai).

This will trigger the authorisation process and we will provide you with your 2 DNS records to update for this domain.

Once you have these DNS records you will then need to update your DNS records through your provider.

Once the DNS record is updated it will typically take 2 to 48 hours to be applied across the web.

You can then access the storefront by this domain.
