Completing the Storefront step

Completing the Storefront step

Before completing this step, here are the details you will need to prepare:
  1. Store name
  2. Logo (Logo will be placed on a white background so if using a png keep this in mind)
  3. Primary branding colour (can use our colour picker or hex code)
  4. Secondary branding colour (can use our colour picker or hex code)
  5. Banner image (size of the image is 2000x350px)
  6. Banner copy (some copy for the top of the page - this can be left blank)
  7. Custom URL (the URL you can use for the storefront. You can find out more details here)
  8. Currency (the currency this store will take payments)
This step looks like the following:
The store name is the title you want to give to the store.
Try and use something that makes the store identifiable

The logo is the main storefront logo, this can be uploaded in png or jpg format.
This can be your logo or a different custom logo.
When uploading, make sure you are using a high enough quality version of the logo.
We recommend the size be at least 500px either width or height depending on your logo shape.
Also be aware that the logo will be sitting on a white background so using a white logo isn't recommended.

Next 2 fields are the colours on your storefront.
The primary colour is the main colour that you will see on the storefront.
It's the main colour used throughout the platform.
The other colour is called the secondary colour and is the accent colour used on the site.
Both of these colours can be your branded colours or colours based on a "theme".

The banner is the main image shown on the home page and can be uploaded in png or jpg format.
The size of the banner should be 2000x350px.
You can upload an image outside of these dimensions but please be aware that the image will be cropped and/or resized

The banner copy is the copy that goes at the top of the storefront in the header banner area.
This can be any length but we would recommend it be no longer than 20 words.

The custom URL field is the URL that your storefront will sit on.
By default the site will be visible on [storefront url].mytrove.site
You can find this URL here and the full details on how to set up the custom URL can be found here

The store status is if you would like the store "Active", "Inactive" or "For Review"
These statuses are as follows:
  1. Active - Store is public and can be purchased from
  2. Inactive - Store is public but can't be purchased from
  3. For Review - Store is hidden
The currency field is the currency that your store accepts payment in.
Each storefront can accept only one currency.
